Operation manager and executive Location: Beijing Post responsibility:

*Responsible for B2B e-commerce platform operation and management, like JD.COM and vip.com.

*Responsible for brand market positioning, option of brand operation direction, option of product, platform policy formulation, traffic planning, framework planning, setting up marketing plan, and reaching operation indicator.

*Responsible for monthly, quarterly and annually sales goal, and supervising the performance of each project.

*Responsible for arranging and coordinating relevant issues of designer, customer service, warehouse and other supporting departments.

*Responsible for coordinating the relationship with the brand owner, reducing the company operation cost as much as possible and improving efficiency.

Qualification:

*University degree or above, with more than 3 years of operation management experience.

*With unique promotion and marketing method to integrate platform resources effectively.

*With good communication ability, clients needs analyzing ability and coordinating and dispatching ability.

*With strong data analyzing ability and clear logic of thinking, strong responsibility.

*With strong English communication ability preferred.
