Qualification:*With more than 3 years of work experience, more than 2 years of operation and management experience of star store of Tmall and JD.COM, with operation experience of large cosmetic products stores preferred.
*Proficient with the operation environment, transaction rules, familiar with promotion and paid advertisement input of Taobao and JD.COM, familiar with the purchasing habit and psychology of Taobao and JD.COM member.
*Familiar with Internet promotion, communication method and channel distribution, e-commerce model and procedures.
*Good at the layout planning of online store, executing promotion activities, and analyzing and summarization.
*With relatively strong communication and coordination ability, work according to rules and regulation, clear headed, with cooperation spirit and responsibility, and excellent team management ability.
*Responsible for the overall planning of the store, store decoration, layout adjustment, classification, etc.
*Responsible for cooperating with the operation department or brand owner to finish the page design of theme activity of the store.
*Optimize the product description, beautify the product pictCures, update the promotion pictures and pages, and cooperate with the store for sales activity.
*Responsible for compiling and beautifying the advertisement page, product theme page, home page advertisement pictures of the store.

Qualification:*College degree or above, proficient with graphic design PS/AI and webpage design DW and other relevant software.
*With more than 2 years of design experience of Tmall or JD.COM official flagship store.
*Familiar with cosmetic products or personal care, with certain brand awareness, understand fashion news, have fashion identification and appreciation ability.
*Familiar with e-commerce operation model, understand webpage html code of Taobao store.
